Job Scope :
- Project a professional image and well-equip with product knowledge to build strong relationship with existing dealers and grow their business.
- Review existing dealers business, work closely with dealers for promotions, in house event and share product knowledge to customers in order to support dealers to sell out.
- Develop new quality and exclusive accounts. Canvassing and prospecting is the key responsibilities. Ensure open at least one new account per month and grow new account�s business steadily.
- Ensures high service level is rendered at all times and customer satisfaction is at high level. Handling customers� complaints and to resolve it according to Company�s expectation.
- Support company sales recruitment event/activities and launching.
- Adhere to company policy and communicate clearly to customers to have clear understanding.
- Responsible for sales forecast, analysis and reports. Submit daily report, prospect list to superior. Provide constructive feedback on dealers� performance and take necessary actions to improve.
- To ensure timely collections from customers.
- To facilitate internal operations and follow company policies related to BDE job scopes.
Requirements :
- Preferable with two years outdoor sales experience with proven sales achievement record.
- Result driven, persistent, discipline and independent.
- Good communication skill.
- Willing to work within Melaka, Muar and Johor area (southern based).
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
