Job Description:
KEY TASKS
- To ensure the legitimacy and accuracy of the account payable ageing balances
- To ensure that the payment process is initiated on a timely basis
- To collect and review all payment-related documents and initiate creditors� payment in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- To manage the overall credit and receivable collection functions of the hotel in the most efficient manner in order to minimize the non payment of accounts and potential bad debts
- To ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure they are posted on a timely basis
- The preparation and mailing of account statements to customers on a timely basis and to monitor the subsequent collection of all accounts
- To assist in scheduling interview, reference check and hiring new employees
- To issue uniform form, name tag and locker keys and assist with the correspondence of new employees
- Coordinate on internal correspondence on orientation, internal or external training, checking on training set up, function room, food and any special requirement from internal or external trainer for the training
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Public Holiday for the team
- To actively planned and organise campaign to participate and contribute towards environment friendly make sure to put on awareness of Planet 21 and other Corporate Social Responsibilities notice around the work place
- To check and monitor through staff�s punch card, claims, over time, shift allowances and other allowances and ensure all the payment and claimed prompt during month end payroll

- Able to work independently and work under pressure
ESSENTIAL AND OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen
- A team player, willingness to learn and possess good learning attitude
- Proficient in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
