Job Description:
Manpower Planning Administration
Distribute and compile all related forms to respective parties such as Position Description, Job-Hour Matrix, KPI etc.
Recruitment Administration
1. Advertise recruitment in the selected media, compile submission, call up and arrange interview session with short-listed candidates
2. Distribute Position Description, OJA/OJT Training Plan and provide personal computer, telephones, e-mail account, access card and other work related tools to newly recruit staff
3. Disseminate important information regarding policies, procedures, guidelines, forms, LOA etc. to newly recruit staff
Training and Development Administration
1. Coordinate TNA/TNI session as per plan and procedure
2. Arrange for Quarterly Saturday KQT Session and Staff Recreation Activity
3. Register staff for external courses
Performance Management Administration
1. Distribute and compile Performance Planning Form, Performance Development Appraisal Form etc.
2. Compile and distribute periodical Business Performance Report and individual KPI as basis for individual performance appraisal
Salary and Benefits Administration
1. Register new staff to EPF, SOCSO, IRD and prepare letter for opening of bank account
2. Administer medical, other benefits, Staff Welfare Fund
3. Process and monitor staff advance and claim, overtime claim etc.
Separation Administration
1. Collect all keys, assets, PIN Numbers etc. from separating staff
2. Calculate all relevant deductions including leaves, surcharge, allowance, salary etc.
Other HR and PR Services
1. Maintain leave register, monitor staff attendance and provide lists of unpaid leaves
2. Manage all HR matters related to FMM, MEF, DPMM etc.
3. Prepare all HR related documentations and file all HR related documents
4. Prepare and submit all required reports as required by the relevant regulatory act.
ISO and TQM
Participate and implement appropriate systems, procedures and control
5S and Autonomous Maintenance
Effective maintenance of 5S and AM in own area and group area
Other Quality continuous improvement effort
