Job Description:  

Manage Customer Issue Resolution Management for all customers
Responsible for account maintenance �¢ï¿½ï¿½ Opening / Termination / Orientations
Responsible for retaining and managing low activity clients
Meet customers
Provide information about products and services.
Support various other departments
Liaise and Coordinate half yearly and yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey
Courtesy visits to clients�¢ï¿½ï¿½ office
Identify potential customers by providing relevant service information
