Our client serves customers in technology, energy, healthcare and industrial markets worldwide with a unique portfolio of products, services and solutions, providing atmospheric gases, process and specialty gases, performance materials and chemical intermediates.

Responsibilities:-
Familiar with end to end payroll processes and familiar with the regulation, tax law, statutory requirement and processes
Monitor and manage the performance and relationship with the external payroll vendor and internal customer to ensure timely delivery
Accountable for overall data integrity of HR master data in Payroll system partner with HR power user to perform the monthly reconciliation data audit between the Payroll system SAP HR
Familiar with the HR policies on all pay and allowance related matters and ensure variable payments are duly approved before processing payment via payroll.
Worked with respective stakeholders in any change request and ensure system is updated accordingly i.e. Vendor, HR, Finance, SAP HR Power Users or relating to regulatory change.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for payroll activities including documenting all work practices, aligning and streamlining work processes to improve operation efficiency.
Responsible to generate any payroll-related reports upon request & need to ensure data confidentiality before releasing any information
Work closely with the Manager HR Services and HR or internal customers in the resolution of payroll operational issues to ensure alignment to regional directions/processes
Participate in the Regional Payroll specialist meeting to share payroll knowledge and work processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Finance / Mathematics / Accounting or equivalent.
Preferably a Degree holder with 3 years of relevant working experiences in multinational companies in Payroll or HR shared service operations.
Job incumbent must demonstrate good communication skills, positive attitude, interpersonal, problem solving skills, posses strong knowledge of internal control, payroll end to end processes, tax and social benefits compliance requirement.
Familiar in using SAP system is advantage.
Able to write, speak and read English
