Job Title:  Head Chef

Job Location:  Kuala Lumpur

Education:  SPM

Experience:  5 - 8 Years

Preferred Age:  30 - 45 Years

Job Description:  

KEY TASKS:
-Supervise the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs, hence contributes to maximizing the overall Food & Beverage department profit
-Control and analyze on an on-going basis of the following:
Quality levels of production, food quality and presentation.
Guest satisfaction.
Merchandising and Marketing.
Operating food cost.
Cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene.
ESSENTIAL AND OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Good administrative skills and team spirit
-A love and a passion for food plus a good sense of taste and smell
-Ability to work in a work environment that is diverse
-Good customer service
-Works well under pressure
-Good attention to detail
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Excellent management and organizational skills.
