Job Description:  

- Under the guidance and supervision of the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, within the
limits of established policies, procedures and Food & Beverage recipes, oversees and
directs all aspects of the coffee shop kitchen operation and supervise the function of all
kitchen employees, facilities and costs.
- Conduct under the guidance of the Head Chef, such functions as interviewing, hiring,
employee orientation, performance appraisal, coaching, counseling, to ensure
appropriate staffing and productivity.
- Understands the importance of food and labor cost,control wastages and records,
reports to Head Chef all wastages.
- Assist in relating to Purchasing Manager the daily market list requirement
- Organised and checks employees' work
- Ensures that the team provides a good quality of food standard
- Checks all equipment and condition on a daily basis
- To operate within established budgetary limits and within a positive working environment
