Job Description:
-The Sales Manager performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain
and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales &
Marketing for the assign market segment.
-To pursue long term account strategy that maximized profits and assist in cultivating long
term relationship with decision makers.
-Good production knowledge and have updated information about hotel promotion, hotel
management, operation & outlets.
-Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests comments are taken
seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
-Execute a market segment plan that encompasses objectives, strategies, tactics and
control.
-Effectively develop the business by continually replenishing the source of prospective
clients (sourcing of new accounts).
-Build and maintain good rapport with new accounts through regular sales visits, in-house
entertainment, telemarketing and other sales activities. -Maintain efficient sales
office procedures and insures the maintenance of accurate and updated account and
follow-up procedures.
