Job Description:
Responsible for full spectrum of all HR Activities including payroll, recruitment , training & development, compensation & benefit, leave management , employee relations and other HR administration function.
Update and maintain HR record into HRMS
Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirement and monthly payment submission.
Responsible for foreign workers permit application and renewal
Conduct orientation for Office and Production staff
To coordinate of training activities, registration and updating of training records.
Prepare memo, handle on IR matters and ad-hoc activities
To manage office physical security system, office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well -running
Any other HR & Admin duties assigned by superior
